Relating to the supply of the service to you (The Customer) by Catwalkers Tours ("The Company"), details of which are set out below. The service provided by the Company includes the provision of sightseeing and shopping tours by passenger-carrying vehicles, buses, and guided tours on foot. You may print and keep a copy of these terms. They are a legal agreement between us and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the Site.
Customer's purchasing tickets on this website will have their tickets delivered to them by email. The Customer will need to print the E-ticket and bring the printed copy with them to present to the Catwalkers Tours' leader at the meeting point.
Customers with E-tickets must bring the printed mail along with the credit card used to pay the deposit as proof of ID. The Customer should present their printed email to Catwalkers Tours staff member on the tour, at the preferred meeting point. The member of staff will request the balance due for selected tour and will give them a valid ticket to Travel. The balance can be paid in cash ( UK currency) or by credit card. The Big Bus Company reserves the right to refuse any (printed) email presented without the credit card used to make the purchase.
The ticket entitles the Customer to use all Catwalkers services only during the time specified during the payment process or by email.
The Customer must keep their ticket safe. Customers found travelling without a valid ticket will be charged the full ticket price for a replacement ticket.
The Company endeavours to provide departure points and times for the service which are as accurate as possible. However, the Company reserves the right to vary such departure points and times without notice, as circumstances require. Please be on time on the meeting point or notify you are late at the Customer service number +44 7891946159.
The Company reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service in the event of marches, parades, or where reasonably prudent to do so in the light of circumstances beyond the Companyâ€™s control.
In the event that the Company is unable to provide a service throughout the period of the validity of your ticket through circumstances within its control, you shall be entitled to a full or part refund of the price of your ticket. Any application for a refund must be made in writing (tickets must be enclosed) through Customer service email or calling the above number within 24hrs from the beginning of the tour.
Please take care of all personal property. The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by the Company, in which case our liability is limited (included death or personal injury) for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.
The consumption of alcohol is prohibited during the tours at all times.
We may at our discretion require any person to alight from a tour if we deem his/her conduct offensive or a nuisance to other participants, or if behaving in such a way as to constitute a risk to his/her safety or to the safety of other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.
